Dropped Clans
Whoa, another update :) The TEC lpbs have been dropped because of some recent problems. The lpb side of Lagapalooza has been having some probs, no doubt about it. That only leaves us five active clans, so we'll have to figure out how we want to do the playoffs.

Season Near The End
I was wrong last week to say we just had a week left. As of today, we have one more week left... Regular season ends on Feb 21.

We don't update the news very often do we? :) Well, we cover everything on the mailing list. Anyways, we almost made it to the end of the season without losing a clan, but not quite. Clan Braveheart is no more. Good luck to Wallace in whatever he decides to do. We also lost BTA's lpbs, which had dwindled down to just a couple people. Any clans that haven't played these guys yet will get a win for the match.

Season Near The End
Well, we have just one more week left in this season. Everybody get caught up on your matches and get ready for the playoffs. The next question is - How did we like this first run and do we want to keep doing it?

     Merry Christmas to everyone, and a late happy Chanakuh and an early wish for a happy 3 kings day. Hope I didn't leave anyone out. Thank you all for being such good sports in the Tournament. That is really what we were hoping for when we put this together. Y'all all have been really great and I have enjoyed dealing with all of you. Remeber, if you need anything just e-mail us and we will be happy to help you if you can. Merry Christmas!!!

     We seem to be pretty slow getting the Pre-Match forms in. There seems to be no registered matches for tonight. That leaves2 days for the other 6 matches to be played. =O
     Please get those forms in so we can keep track of what is going on.

Tournament Officially Starts Today !!!

     Lagapalooza finally starts today. Everyone needs to check their roster pages and make sure that everyone is listed on them, if not, I need the info by the end of the day to avoid the 1 week waiting period. Everyone also needs to remember to fill out the pre-match and post-match forms for every match. If any clan has members who would like to be officials then they need to fill out the officials request form. Let's all go have some fun now. =)

Thanksgiving is over!!! Get back to work.

I sent an E-mail on the LP98 mailing list so please check it and submit a roster if your name is on the list. If we don't get started soon, this is going to Lagapalooza '99

Update Time

     Sorry guys, I have not had time to make an update lately. Maybe I should say I have been to lazy to make an update lately. Anyway, we need to start getting the Clan rosters in so I can start setting up the pages. I was thinking that if y'all wanted to make your own roster pages with your own backgrounds and graphics on it it might be cool. We can store all the pages on the Lagapalooza server after you make them and just link to them. So far we have 3 officials, Aragorn, Copo and Tupac. We need the guys who want to be officials to contact Crash so he can set it up. One last thing, Tupac (or someone) set up a Lagapalooza IRC channel at east.gamesnet.net #lagapalooza.

     Ok, I said the other day that I had made a mistake. It seems like the mistake was that I though I was wrong. [AK] did confirm that they wanted to join the tournament. Thanks for the confirmation Spectre. We will look forward to seeing y'all in the tournament. =)

Two more clans Join

     We would like to welcome BTA and AK to the Lagapalooza line up. Things are looking good so far. We could use a few more LPB Clans though. If you know of any good LPB clans that you think would make a nice edition to the tourney please E-mail Crash and provide him with contact info if you have it available.
