Comments
[ SITH didn't like the servers we suggested and wanted to play on hating or stanford for the first map. Since their preference seemed to be west coast servers and our's east coast, it was evident that we would probably not find a server that was mutually satisfactory. So we agreed to play on their server choice for the first map, realizing it would be a throwaway and hoping to win the next two maps on better servers. We played their map, Strongbox, on stanford and they beat us pretty bad on it. We were definitely lagged and Strongbox is not the type of map we are good on. We moved to fastrans next and played our map, Ruins of Neominonk and in turn, beat them pretty bad although it's difficult to rack up the points on that huge map that they did with us on Strongbox. We played ctf5 on mit for the tie breaker. We started out with a good lead but about half way through Shiva started lagging and Lago had to jump in for him. That seemed to throw us off balance and SITH managed to catch up and win the map. -Crash ]
